On April 15, 2023, the 19th International Congress “Blishchenko’s Readings” ended - one of the grandest platforms for discussion of international lawyers and that’s WHY in facts and figures
The Congress was attended by specialists of various profiles of international law: teaching staff, practitioners, young scientists, students
At the plenary session, various invited guests delivered welcoming speeches, highlighting a number of issues that the international community had to face
The Congress involved 11 sections related to all aspects of international law to discuss the most pressing and controversial issues
Citizens of 35 states took part in the congress, which gives it an international character
Representatives of 25 Russian universities took part in the Congress
Based on the results of the Congress and the presentations of the speakers, a collection of articles will be published
