Participants will cover the following topics:

• The evolution of humanism in the XX-XXI centuries. Humanitarian Action and the SDG Agenda: Humanism and Development Paradigm in Modern International Relations.
• Humanitarian vector of modern diplomacy: goals, actors, tools, problems and prospects.
• Theory and practice of humanitarian activity in the conditions of modern crises and conflicts.
• Challenges and threats of modern humanitarian activity: climate and environmental crises, digitalization, the COVID-19 pandemic.
• The evolution of international humanitarian law and international human rights law. New technologies and IHL.
