Olga Nikolayevna Bogatyryova

In 1989 she graduated from the Faculty of History of the Ural State University of A. M. Gorky.

From 1996 to 1999 – Associate Professor of the Department of Universal History of the Ural State University of A. M. Gorky.

From 2002 to 2005 – Associate Professor of the Department of Eurasian Studies, Faculty of International Relations, Ural State University of A. M. Gorky; from 2005 to 2009 – professor of the department.

From 2009 to the present day – Professor of the Department of Theory and History of International Relations of the Faculty of International Relations of the Ural State University of A. M. Gorky. After the merger of the Ural State University of A.M. Gorky and Ural Polytechnic University in 2011 – Professor of the Department of Theory and History of International Relations of the Ural Federal University of the First President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin.

From 2011 to the present – Head of the “UNESCO Chair of Human Rights, Peace, Democracy, Tolerance and International Understanding” of the Department of International Relations, Ural Federal University.

From 2013 to the present – member of the Public Council for Migration of the Ombudsman in the Sverdlovsk Region.

From 2015 to the present day – Director of the Centre “UNESCO Chair of Human Rights, Peace, Democracy, Tolerance and International Understanding” of the Department of International Relations, Ural Federal University.

Bogatyryova O.N. is the author of over 60 published works, including textbooks, monographs and chapters in three collective monographs.
