On June 23-27, the II Summer School on Human Rights of the Consortium of leading Moscow and regional universities – MGIMO was held on the basis of the Institute of European Law and the European Training Institute, RUDN, Perm State National Research University, Russian State University for the Humanities, implementing the interuniversity Master's Program “International Protection of Human Rights” with the support of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
