The Master's program in International Protection of Human Rights is implemented by the Consortium of the University of Russia and is available in five cities – Moscow, Kazan, Perm, Voronezh and Yekaterinburg. The video provides a general description of the program, including the history of the creation of the Consortium of Russian Universities, the content of the curriculum, the practice of inviting foreign lecturers, internships for students and teachers of the Consortium in the Venice Consortium, human rights resource centres, Summer Schools on Human Rights and student competitions of the Consortium, as well as bases of practices.
