Rustem Shamilevich Davletgildeev

Born on 27 January 1973.

Graduated from the law faculty of Kazan State University in 1995.

In 1996 – 2001 – Assistant, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Kazan State University.

In 2003 – 2011 – Advisor for corporate governance and personnel management to the Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC “AK BARS” BANK (Kazan), Director for Personnel, Head of the Administration of the Management Board of OJSC “AIKB “Tatfondbank” (Kazan).

2007 – present – Associate Professor of the Department of International and European Law at Kazan Federal University.

Since 2016 – Director of the Scientific and Educational Centre for Human Rights, International Law and Integration Issues, Academic Coordinator of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence in European Studies “VOICES +”.

In June 2016 he defended his doctoral dissertation in the specialty 12.00.10: International law; European law, topic: “International legal regulation of labour at the regional level”.

Since September 2016 – the head of the direction for work with master’s students of the Faculty of Law of KFU.

Rustem Davletgildeev is a member of the European Society of International Law, the Russian Association of International Law, the Russian Association for European Studies, and the United Nations Assistance Association.

Rustem Shamilevich Davletgildeev has 15 years of scientific and pedagogical experience, more than 8 years of practical work experience, including expert and consulting activities in international organizations.

Rustem Shamilevich Davletgildeev is the author of more than 50 scientific and educational-methodical works on international public and private law.
