The conference was held by the Faculty of Law and the Department of State Building and Law of the University of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation. The conference was attended by the faculty and students of faculties and branches of the University of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of educational and scientific organizations of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for the Execution of Punishments, other educational institutions, as well as practitioners of the prosecutor’s office.

The Vice-Rector of the University of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, State 3rd class Counsellor of Justice, Cand. Jurid. Scien., Associate Professor Vladimir Vladimirovich Taranenko addressed the conference participants with a welcoming speech.

The main reports were delivered by Doctor habilitatus (law), Professor I.V. Goncharov, Doctor habilitatus (law), Professor A.G. Gurinovich. and Doctor habilitatus (history), Professor Yu.V. Nechipas

Conference participants discussed topical problems of interaction between international and national law in the field of ensuring human and civil rights and formulated proposals for their solution in the course of speeches and discussions.

The department will prepare a corresponding collection of materials based on the results of the conference.
