Requirements for students

  1. Knowledge of English language.
  2. Attendance at all classes according to the timetable established by each Consortium partner university.
  3. Participation in lectures of the Office of the Ombudsman in the Russian Federation.
  4. Attendance at all lectures by visiting professors.
  5. Participation in the annual Summer School on Human Rights, held in one of the Consortium partner universities.
