The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation opened an annual lecture hall for students

On October 28, Tatyana Moskalkova, Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, opened an annual lecture hall for students of the master's programs "International Protection of Human Rights", implemented with the support of UNHCHR, as well as "Legal Mechanisms for Ensuring and Protecting the Rights of the Child. Mediation” of the Moscow City Pedagogical University.

The event was attended by students of Moscow State Law Academy, Moscow State University named after M.V. Yeltsin, the Humanitarian University of Yekaterinburg and the Ural State Law University.

More than 100 people listened to the lecture.

As part of the lecture, students learned about the formation of the institute of the state human rights activist, about the main activities of the Commissioner, as well as about working with citizens' appeals. At the end of the lecture, Tatyana Moskalkova answered numerous questions from those present.
