On March 28, 2023, another lesson was held for students of the Consortium of Russian Universities (PFUR, MGIMO, RSUH) enrolled in the Master's program "International Protection of Human Rights", as part of a workshop-lecture organized at the site of the working apparatus of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation.

The lecture was held in a combined format - in person and via videoconferencing. In addition to the Moscow participants of the event, the students of the Ural State Law University, the Ural Federal University, the Humanitarian University of Yekaterinburg became listeners.

The event was also attended by students of RANEPA, Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafin (MSLA), Moscow City Pedagogical University, Russian State University of Justice and its branches, Russian State Humanitarian University, State University for Land Management.

The lecture hall was opened by Svetlana Ryabova, Deputy Head of the Human Rights Protection Department.

Her speech was devoted to the protection of housing rights of citizens by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation.

The lecturer answered numerous questions from the workshop attendees, who showed particular interest in the problems of resettlement from dilapidated housing, provision of housing for citizens on social hire, payment of utility bills.

Alexander Ageev, Chief Consultant of the Department of Reports and Public Speaking, spoke in the second part of the event. During the speech, the students got acquainted with the stages of preparing the report, its structure and the procedure for presenting it to the President of the Russian Federation, the State Duma and the Federation Council of the Assembly of the Russian Federation.
