The 2022 issue of the UN in Russia Bulletin No. 3-4 presents news from UN agencies and organizations for the period from July to December.

The issue contains an article about the XIII All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference "Media Education 2022: Modern Trends in the Development of Education", which took place from September 23 to 24, 2022 in Moscow. The event was aimed at identifying and discussing current trends in the field of media education as the most important aspect of socialization, social and professional life of a person. Information is also provided on the analytical report “The ICT Talent Development Ecosystem for Digital Transformation”.

UNESCO IITE has completed a major study on the prospects for the use of ICTs in education systems in the Middle East and Pakistan. Based on the results of the study, an analytical report was published, developed with the support of Huawei Technologies in collaboration with national experts.
