On 28 March another lesson was held within the framework of a workshop-lecture, organized at the site of the office of the Ombudsman in the Russian Federation for students of the Consortium of Russian Universities (RUDN, MGIMO, Russian State University for the Humanities) studying under the master’s program “International Protection of Human Rights”.

On 10 October the Ombudswoman in the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova opened the Master's program “International Protection of Human Rights” of 2017 – a training course on the world's leading human rights technologies.

A regular meeting of the section on international cooperation in the field of protection of human rights and freedoms of the Expert Council of the Ombudsman for Human Rights in the Russian Federation was held on 14 September 2017.
